Refund Policy

Eligibility

Refunds apply to paid Cloud Automate training seats confirmed by invoice. Because this website does not process checkout, the invoice and enrollment email define your purchase date and program.

Timeframe

You may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of payment if you have not accessed more than one module or attended a live session. After that window, partial refunds may apply as described below.

Full refund conditions

• Request received within 7 days of payment; and
• No live session attended; and
• Downloadable template packs not bulk-exported beyond the orientation materials.

Partial refunds

If you withdraw at least 10 business days before a ControList or Assurance cohort start date, we refund 70% of fees paid. Withdrawals inside 10 business days but before the first live session receive 40%. After the first live session, tuition is non-refundable except where required by law or where Cloud Automate cancels the cohort.

Non-refundable items

• Completed self-paced Ledger Focus libraries after the 7-day window.
• Custom case development fees already incurred for Assurance Cohorts.
• On-site travel booked at your request.
• Third-party exam or certification fees collected on your behalf.

Refund process

Email contact@cloud-automate.digital with your invoice number, registered learner name, and reason. We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 10–15 business days after approval. Bank wires may take longer depending on your institution. Korean tax invoices may be adjusted or reissued as needed.

Cancellation by Cloud Automate

If we cancel a cohort, you may transfer to a later date or receive a full refund of tuition for that cohort, including custom fees not yet delivered.

Exceptions

Documented serious illness, bereavement, or force majeure affecting attendance may qualify for a goodwill credit toward a future cohort at our discretion. Mandatory consumer rights under Korean law are not limited by this policy.
